Welding TIG+MIG+MAG

We weld weldments of various dimensions by TIG,MIG,MAG methods up to weight of approx.1000kg.
Welded materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium alloy.

CNC milling & turning

CNC milling of workpieces with dimensions 1500 x 700 x 600 mm by 3 axis milling machines.

On request of customer, we deliver also workpieces milled by four or five axis milling machine.

Turning of workpieces with maximal lenght of 2000mm.

Drilling, threads cutting by machine.

CNC bending

Bending of various thicknesses plates by Ermaxan CNC pressbrake 175 tons with maximal lenght of 3100 mm.
On request of customer, we provide also CNC beding of plates with lenght up to 4000mm.

Cutting of materials

Laser cutting of plates of various shapes, thicknesses and materials by AMADA CNC laser cutting machine with output 4 kW and max. dimensions 1500 x 3000 mm.

On request of customer we deliver also laser cut plates with max dimensions 2000 x 4000 mm.

Sawing of metal bars, tubes of various dimensions by sawing machines.

Surface treatment

Deburring of plates by hand or by deburring machines.

Sand blasting of smaller stainless steel weldments and parts in handmade cabine with dimensions 1250 x 1150 x 750mm.
Sand blasting of bigger stainless steel weldments and parts in room with dimensions of 5500 x 3500 x 3500 mm.

Chemical cleaning and pasivation.
Natural anodizing.
Hard anodizing.
Teflon coating.

Nicle coating.
Zinc coating.
Phoshating.
Wet and powder painting.
